As a long time fan of Wayne Foster Entertainment, I was honored when asked to design the wedding for Wayne’s grandson Ben and his beloved Chloe. Ben and Chloe wisely chose the Estancia Resort in La Jolla to celebrate their marriage which provided all the inspiration our design team needed to create a truly magical day. Their ceremony was designed to enhance the natural beauty, serenity and soft opulence the Estancia Resort grounds exude. Working with mainly white florals, elegant crystal embellishments and our signature mahogany toned chuppah, the aisle sparked almost as much as the bride herself. We hung a gorgeous crystal chandelier from the chuppah, lined the aisle with tufted planter boxes encrusted with ornate crystal brooches and introduced a vibrant splash of color with the hand wired purple and magenta bouquets the bridesmaids carried. See Aileen’s Blog for more information on these bright beauties. Once Ben and Chloe were officially husband and wife it was time to celebrate and leave romance of the ceremony behind for a reception of dazzling drama and show-stopping entertainment provided by the entire Foster family—wow!. Using a palette of aubergine, plum, Guests danced the night away atop a custom high gloss seamless dance floor featuring the couples custom monogram under hues of lavender and magenta lighting. Inspired by the rustic charm of the resort, Aileen designed an amazing escort table presentation complete with dark manzanita branches dripping with crystal strands. She described it so well here on her Blog. Floral centerpieces including fluffy white hydrangeas, imported roses and exotic pendulous phalaenopsis orchids and other special touches were in abundance through crystal embellished paper goods including programs, menus mounted on gorgeous silk boards and lovely place cards designed by Simply Posh Design.
Congratulations to the beautiful couple Ben and Chleo!
