Yesterday we had an eventful day participating in Exquisite Weddings Photo Shoot for their next issue hitting the stands in August.  The day started with light rain, then heavy rain and HAIL!!! can you believe it?  It was hailing in San Diego!  Gratefully we had a market umbrella but I worked on this tablescape drenched in the rain.  The cloud dissipate just in time for the photo shoot.  Our theme was ‘Opulent Versailles’.  We used an abundance of Peonies ( 300 stems!), garden roses, and hydrangeas to form this extravagant floral runner spilling over the table.   We hand painted the glass vessel with an antique gold leaf scrolls.  The menus and table name were beautifully hand painted by {momental designs}, willow chair covers and linens by {Wildflower linens} and {chameleon chairs}.  We are so grateful for their generosity.  The tablescape was finished with feathers, crystals and fresh opened peony bloom on each setting. Yes, the blooms are fresh peonies!  Aren’t they just glorious?  Huge thanks to Alyssa at {Exquisite Weddings Magazine} for a great job in Coordinating and {Terri Rippee} for photographing this shoot.  She is a fantastic Photographer.  Wait until you see the photos!
